COVID-19
Requirements continue to be in place to offer you a safe and enjoyable environment for your treatment, and to combat the risk of COVID-19.
Please read through all these documents, and digitally sign the COVID-19 form, no more than 24 hours before you arrive for your appointment.
Should you not be able to complete the form online, a paper form will be made available for you to sign upon arrival.
A QR code is available at the salon entrance, which you can use if you have the "NHS COVID-19 Track and Trace" app on your mobile phone.
This is optional but recommended.
