Salon Etiquette

  • Appointments

    • I can only accept pre-booked appointments.

    • When booking an appointment with me, please ensure you tell me exactly what treatments you would like, so I can gauge timings and not overrun.

    • If you are visiting me for the first time, I will send you all the address information, and directions, at the time of the appointment booking.

    • I am limiting the number of clients per day, so I can leave time in between clients to fully sanitise and clean the beauty room and client bathroom.

    • 
I can only allow one person into the salon at a time.

  • Arrival at the salon

    • Parking is available for one car alongside my garage door.

    • Please arrive on time, but no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

    • I have no waiting area - please text when you arrive (do not knock or ring the doorbell) and I will come to the front door to greet you.

    • 
I will be wearing a face mask at all times during your visit.

  • Food & Drink

    • Please do not bring food into the salon.

    • 
I will provide bottled mineral water, still or sparkling during your treatment. 


  • Payment

    • Method of payment is by cash or bank transfer.

  • IMPORTANT

    • If you are feeling generally unwell or there are known cases of Covid-19 in your household, you will need to postpone and rearrange your appointment until you/they are feeling better.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours could result in a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.​
